Then you have endurance exercises which are the basic physical activities that tend to increase your heart rate. Your heart rate can be computed on the basis of your physical condition. By raising it the endurance exercises only improve your fitness. Endurance exercises are normally done three times a week sot that one can build on the effectiveness. Sometimes patients with arthritis have said that with the help of endurance exercises they are able to increase the physical strength, improve the symptoms of arthritis and are able to develop a better kind of mental attitude.
